The problem with most realtor content

Most realtors post property listings, sold-over-asking announcements, and generic market updates. Content that serves the realtor rather than the audience. It says look what I did instead of here is something useful for you.

The South Asian diaspora in the GTA does not want a brochure. They want someone who speaks their language and gives them real information they can act on. Robin had that knowledge. We just packaged it differently.

Our first rule: every Reel gives the viewer something useful even if they never call Robin. That generosity is what builds trust at scale.

Why Hinglish specifically

We chose Hinglish because it mirrors how the GTA South Asian community actually talks. It is a signal that says I am one of you. The algorithm rewards watch time and Hinglish consistently held viewers longer than English-only content for this audience.

The first viral video came at month 3. A Hinglish FHSA explainer that got 180,000 views and added 2,400 followers in one week.

Posting schedule

Tuesday to Thursday schedule with primary slots at 7 AM and 7 PM EST. We avoided weekends because engagement quality dropped significantly for this content type. Consistency mattered more than any single viral video. Months 1 to 3 were slow and steady. Month 4 onward the account started recommending itself to new audiences.
